PARK LOVERS. WORKING TOGETHER.
Palm trees, hiking trails, and sweeping views of LA...all smack dab in the middle of Hollywood. Runyon Canyon is a public park that gets close to 2 million visitors a year. Yes, 2 million locals and tourists.
So us park lovers banded together to help restore, preserve, and protect Runyon Canyon.
The Friends of Runyon Canyon Foundation is a Los Angeles-based 501c3 nonprofit.
THE PARK IN BRIEF.
Get ready for some serious cardio action and don't forget to bring your dog.
Three hiking trails. Easy, moderate or hard. You choose.
Bring your dog? Please do. A good portion of the park is an unleashed area. Just look for the signs. We love our Runyon dog owners because they pick up after their dogs. If you forgot your doggie bags, there are some at the park entrances.
Into yoga? There's a yoga field.
Parking? Not really. So Uber/Lyft, metro, bike or walk. Check out our visit page for more info.
4 way water fountains? Yes, 4 heights for adults, children, dogs and a water bottle filler. Bring your empty water bottle.
Please check out our Facebook page for the most up to date park info and our Insta for some sweet photos.
We need your help. Please consider supporting Runyon Canyon by donating.
